Culture Committee

Hello all, 

The culture committee is the most fun and interesting committee of ESN-Utrecht. Why? Because we organize the most fun and interesting activities you can join in ESN. The CuCo consist of 8 members actively involved in ESN: Tim, Anne, Marieke, Floor, Niels, Noelle, Christianne en Hilde. We are all students in Utrecht who love to experience the international atmosphere, at home.

Our primarily goal is to make you feel at home in The Netherlands and experience Dutch culture. We organize different kind of activities. One of the most regularly organized activities is the monthly International Kitchen (lovely food from all around the world) or the Movie Night (A Dutch movie, of course). We also organize day excursions to famous cities like The Hague and Rotterdam, but also to less known places like Deventer or Leiden. And of course, we take you on a real Discover Holland Weekend; a whole weekend full of cultural activities and famous theme parties…

As you may have read, our committee consists of 6 wonderful girls and 2 bloody attractive men. Make sure you get to know them all! You will see us at all of our activities and in Club Poema on Tuesdays, and most of the time we will be relaxed and incredibly friendly (if not: that will probably be because of an enormous stressing activity which we are organizing at that moment and which isn’t going fluently). But even when that is not the case: we are always in for a small talk with you! Always.

So…  Do not hesitate, come to our activities if you want to be culturally challenged, and it will be fantastic.
